Before stepping into this role I spent 14 years as a Social Worker in Adult Social Care and 2 years in the charity sector setting up a pilot project. My background has taught me how to navigate complex situations calmly, listen thoroughly and maintain an entirely non-judgmental, solution-focused approach. I don’t just understand business in theory, I’ve lived it. I built, scaled, and ran two of my own eco-friendly and ethical e-commerce brands from scratch. I did it all myself: building Shopify and Etsy stores, mastering SEO, running email marketing campaigns, and managing social media. I know exactly what it takes to turn values into sales.
